Mohammad, a young man passionate about television presenting and broadcasting, has spent years pursuing his dream of becoming a television host. After a long period of anticipation, he finally gets the opportunity to make his first appearance on national television, introducing an episode of the popular Japanese television series Oshin. Meanwhile, his twin brother, Hamed, serves as an intelligence operations officer on the front lines of the Iran–Iraq War.

However, just as Mohammad is about to fulfill his lifelong ambition, the arrival of Bahador, a member of the People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran (MEK), dramatically changes the course of his life. A terrorist operation intertwines the fate of the two brothers with the political and security crises of the period, unfolding a story of shattered dreams, violence, sacrifice, and the struggle between personal aspirations and the harsh realities of a nation in turmoil.

The main premise of this series revolves around the bombings carried out by the Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MEK) in the 1960s, with several subplots intertwined within it. In the turbulent years following the revolution in 1979, a special group is summoned for a major operation. This group bears a great responsibility because the hands of several bombs are ticking in Tehran.

Throughout the season, individual police investigations and criminal cases unfold alongside an overarching storyline that continues from beginning to end. As Kaveh works to solve these mysteries, he must confront not only dangerous criminals and unexpected developments but also unsettling truths about his own past—revelations that could profoundly affect both his personal and professional life.
